Here's some news for those who might want the metro on Diwali. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has changed timings for a few trains on different lines owing to the festival of Diwali.

The DMRC took to Twitter to make the announcement that came on Wednesday evening. The tweet said, "Public Service Announcement. On account of Diwali, the last Metro train service on 4th November will start at 10 PM from terminal stations of all Metro Lines except the Green Line. Last metro train service from terminal stations of Green Line will be as per the revised schedule."

Here's the tweet: 

As per the announcement, the last train for all stations will be available at 10 pm except for the Green Line - Kirti Nagar to Brig Hoshiar Singh (Bahadurgarh).

As per the new schedule, the timings of the last trains moving from Green Line metro stations will remain the same. 

The DMRC also said that the train schedule for the day will remain the same but there will be a few changes at night. 

Here's the Diwali schedule for Green Line: - Brig Hoshiar Singh towards Inderlok – 09:00 pm- Brig Hoshiar Singh towards Kirtinagr – 09:10 pm- Inderlok to Brig Hoshiar Singh – 09:30 pm- Kirtinagar to Brig Hoshiar Singh – 09:30 pm
