The Delhi High Court on Wednesday has reportedly ordered the restoration of former Indian Premier League (IPL) Commissioner Lalit Modi's passport.According to reports, he can travel to India now. Modi, who lives in UK now, had earlier challenged the single bench order of January 16 that dismissed his plea challenging the revocation of his passportThe former IPL Commissioner, who has been elected president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) but remains banned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), is reportedly facing an Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation into allegations of financial irregularities.
