All members of the party, including those from district and ward units, and 35 other organisations will participate in the drive from August 15 to August 22, he said.

"The state office bearers will conduct the tree plantation drive. Responsibility of district and ward level workers will be fixed for success of the campaign," he said.

Tiwari added that people should come forward in planting trees in larger numbers to bring down high pollution levels in the city.
