Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama will pay a day-long visit to Bhopal city on March 17.During his visit, Lama will speak on 'Human rights and universal responsibility' at a programme to be held in the Madhya Pradesh assembly in Bhopal, official sources said today.Later, he would interact with audience in the programme, being organised by the State Human Rights Commission, they said.The Tibetan spiritual leader would reach Bhopal from Dharamshala on March 17 morning, sources said.The programme, to be chaired by the Madhya Pradesh governor Rameshwar Thakur will start at 2pm in the state assembly, they said.
