CRPF today expressed satisfaction over the joint anti-Maoists operations being conducted along with police forces of Jharkhand and West Bengal.     "Jharkhand police and the CRPF personnel are doing a good job. We are satisfied with the ongoing operations. We hope the operation will be successful," director General of the CRPF, Vikram Srivastav, told newsmen here.     Srivastav and the CRPF's special DG, Vijay Raman, who visited the state yesterday, held meetings with senior Jharkhand police officers in the backdrop of stepped up anti-Maoist operations in Bokaro, Khunti and East and West Singhbhum districts.     Besides carrying out a massive operation in areas bordering Jharkhand and West Bengal, the security men conducted operations in the Maoist-hit Jhumra hills in Bokaro and stumbled on a huge cache of explosives and netted a top Maoist yesterday.
