Although financial scenario of Puducherry government was causing concern the Chief Minister had failed to attend the recent Finance Ministers conference at Delhi, secretary of CPI's state unit, R Viswanathan said told reporters.

"Rangasamy has neither deputed any of his cabinet colleagues to participate in the deliberations which would have helped the territorial government to get funds from the Centre to manage its financial position", he said criticising the absence of Rangasamy at the meet.
