A middle-aged couple was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a room in a lodge at Pouni area of Reasi district, police said today. Police recovered the bodies of Mohammad Sheikh, 50, and his wife Hakvi Begum, 42, from the room in a lodge last night, they said. Sheikh, a resident of Thanamandi area of Rajouri district, was working in the lodge, they said, adding after completing work, he had gone to take the rest in his room. A case has been registered in this regard.
