"Implementation of issues in the list is not visible though the same people are in the government, showing the agenda of conspiracy in the fall of the (Arjun Munda) government," Munda said without taking the name of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

"The same Congress and JMM (ruling allies) are contesting assembly elections separately," Munda added and wondered why his government was pulled down. Alleging that Congress had been pulling the strings from behind, Munda flayed the Soren government of indulging in illegal sand mining.

Munda, the leader of opposition, trashed the chief minister's allegations that the BJP was out to amend Chhota Nagpur Tenancy Act and Santhal Pargana Tenancy Act. Munda was addressing an election meeting in the presence of party president Amit Shah at Ormanjhi, about 22 km from Ranchi.
