"Congress is a time-tested party and will come back to power as there is no alternative to it in the country," Tuki told reporters on the sidelines of the 129th Congress Foundation Day at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan in Itanagar.

"There are always ups and downs in a national party, but the need of the hour is to stand united and retrospect as the party is facing a tough time," he said. When asked whether there is any possibilities of other parties to come to power in the state, Tuki said, "its policies in the state are tribal-centric for which Arunachal Pradesh will always remain with the Congress."
