Ashok Choudhary, the former president of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee, who was ousted from his post last month, has blamed Congress’s Bihar in-charge CP Joshi for the crisis facing the party and said he would soon take up the matter with vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
“The entire plot is Joshi’s conspiracy as he wants to instal his own favourite as the BPCC chief,” Choudhary said.
