Commissioner of Allahabad Ajay Kumar Upadhaya probing the stampede in the Mangarh ashram of Kripaluji Mahraj here that led to the killing of 63 people is likely to submit his report to thegovernment in the second week of April.Official sources said the commissioner has almost completed his probe which includes the evidences of mobile phone clippings, statements and documents of the ashram.They said Upadhaya is likely to submit his report in the second week of April.He had submitted the preliminary report to the government blaming the ashram management hours after he was entrusted with the inquiry into the case following which some people responsible for the management of the ashram were arrested but subsequently released on bail.Besides the inquiry by the commissioner, a magisterial level inquiry by the additional district magistrate and a police probe by deputy superintendent of police were also going on but progress was slow, sources added.
