Maharashtra Board +2 HSC Results 2018: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Wednesday announced the result of class 12th and over 5,000 students have scored above 90% marks.

Maharashtra Board +2 HSC Results 2018: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Wednesday announced the result of class 12th and over 5,000 students have scored above 90% marks.
The Maharashtra Board conducts exams within the state through nine divisional boards.
In Mumbai Division, 2288 students scored 90% and above marks, followed by Pune (970), Nagpur (698), Amravati (594), Kolhapur (350), Aurangabad (284) Latur (259) Nashik (156) Konkan (67).
While 85.23% boys were successful, girls outnumbered them with a passing percentage of 92.26.
Nearly15 lakh students appeared for the HSC examination in which out of nine regional divisions of the Maharashtra Board
Region wise result
Konkan Division has topped the list for the seventh consecutive year with passing percentage of 94.85, while Nashik lagging at 86.13%.
Kolhapur Divisional Board scored 91.00 %, Pune Divisional Board scored 89.58%, Aurangabad Divisional Board scored 88.74%, Latur Divisional Board scored 88.31%, Amravati scored 88.08 % marks and Nagpur Divisional Board scored 87.57
Mumbai Divisional Board scored 87.44 against 88.21% in 2017.
Highlights
As many as 95.85% students from the Science stream passed the exams, while the percentage of passed students was lowest in Arts stream with 78.93%.
For Commerce, the number was 89.50 against 90.57% in 2017.
How to check your MSBSHSE Results 2018:
1. Visit either of the websites mentioned below.
2. Click on 'HSC Result 2018'
3. Enter relevant details like name, roll no etc
4. Click on 'Submit'
5. Your Maharashtra 12th Board Result 2018 will be flashed on the screen.
6. Download the HSC result and take a printout of the result for future use.
