Pakistan's ceasefire violation along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir seems to carry on unabated on Saturday with mortars being fired in Mendhar sector of Poonch district. According to reports, the firing started around 4.15 pm.The Indian Army also gave a befitting reply to this unprovoked firing and shelling. Shahpur and Kerni sectors of Poonch were also on the target at 9.45 am.On September 15, India raised concerns regarding more than 2,050 unprovoked ceasefire violations by Pakistani forces this year."We have highlighted our concerns at unprovoked ceasefire violations by Pakistan forces, including in support of cross-border terrorist infiltration, and targeting of Indian civilians and border posts by them," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar had said in a statement.The firing and shelling are being used as a cover by Pakistan to infiltrate militants across the ceasefire line to spread violence in the union territory; an effort regularly thwarted by Indian troops.If sources are to be believed, intelligence agencies have unveiled Pakistani conspiracy of funneling a group of terrorists into India trained in Karachi and given Hindi lessons.According to sources, this coaching is being given in a madrasa near the Defense Housing Area of Clifton in the city under the care of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence.
