CBSE 2021 class 12 datesheet out? Know what PIB has to say

The Central Board Search Education (CBSE) is yet to release the dates for the CBSE board exams. As the students are in the dark, it is pertinent for the students to differentiate between facts and rumours.

A fake datesheet has been in circulation for quite some time on social media. The document states that the CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations 2021 would start from March 15.

In such cases of rumours, PIB Fact Check always comes to the rescue. It alerted to the social media users that the document is fake, and there is no such news.

“A date sheet for 2020-21 class 12th examination allegedly issued by the #CBSE is in circulation on social media. #PIBFactCheck: This date sheet is #Fake," PIB Fact Check tweeted.

Before the year 2020 ends, some big announcements regarding board exams are expected on December 10, 2020. This may include CBSE 10th and 12th exam date sheet 2021, JEE Main 2021, NEET 2021 and other state board exams 2021.

This news comes nearly a week after the CBSE confirmed that the 10th and 12th Board Exam 2021 would be conducted offline.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokriyal 'Nishank' will address queries of students who are either preparing for board exams or competitive exams through a webinar. Many students and other stakeholders are posting their queries and suggestion with hashtag #EducationMinisterGoesLive on Twitter.

It is to be noted that it was suggested in the official Twitter handle of the minister, that students can post their queries.

Many students, both board exam candidates, and Medical and Engineering aspirants have been posting demands of postponement of JEE Main 2021 and CBSE Board Exams. On the other hand, many parents have shown safety concerns for their wards.

Students and parents who have any concerns are advised to post their queries now as they might be addressed by the Union Education Minister himself.

As per a recent update, the board has confirmed that the CBSE board exams 2021 will be conducted in pen and paper mode and the board has no plan to conduct exams via online mode.
