The CBI has traced yet another link between A Raja and DB Group MD Shahid Balwa. Investigations have revealed that DB group was in negotiaitions to invest in Sadiq Batcha's Green House promoters. The deal was possibly a part of kickbacks paid to the tainted ex telecom minister in the 2G scam.
