"More than 100 exporters from across the country participated in the meet," the commerce ministry said in a statement.

It said that one of the leading Chinese importer - Dalian Yidufrom - interacted with the Indian exporters and expressed its positive response towards the domestic fruit offered.

State horticulture departments from ten mango producing states displayed wide range of varieties of the fruit.

Importers also visited the common infrastructure facilities in Mumbai, which was organised to showcase India's capability to export quality and pest free produce.
