There was complete chaos in the Uttar Pradesh assembly on Monday when the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLAs protested in the Well of the House over what they called the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.

The BSP MLAs, who carried placards, claimed that law and order in Uttar Pradesh had collapsed under the Samajwadi Party (SP) Government-led by Akhilesh Yadav.

The agitated BSP MLAs also raised slogans against Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. The House has been adjourned following the ruckus.
