The state unit of BJP today sent a memorandum to President Pratibha Patil through the Bihar governor Devanand Konwar seeking her intervention to bring black money stashed away in foreign banks abroad back to India and end corruption and price rise.A seven-member delegation led by BJP Art and Culture cell chairman Anand Mishra met Konwar at Raj Bhawan today and submitted a memorandum seeking to forward the same to the president in support of the demand.Later talking to reporters, Mishra held the UPA government's faulty policies responsible for price rise and corruption.Describing as anti-people the Centre's failure to control the price spiral and check corruption, he alleged the Centre had miserably failed to bring the black money stashed away with foreign banks back to India.The delegation urged the president to immediately intervene in this matter.
