He said the BJP government in Karnataka was functioning from Bellary, in an apparent reference to Reddy brothers, who were allegedly involved in iron ore mining scam during the BJP regime in the state and are now in jail facing trial. "The then BJP Chief Minister was imprisoned over corruption charges. Besides, 16 Ministers also resigned on graft cases," he said addressing a rally here.

Gandhi also said that his party had created a revolution in the information technology sector in Karnataka, which was mocked by the BJP.
