The BJP in Jammu and Kashmir today demanded setting up of a commission headed by a Supreme Court judge "to enquire into and pin-point the responsibility" for the current turmoil in the Kashmir Valley.It also demanded ouster of ruling NC-led coalition charging that the state government failed to control the situation and provide security to life and property of civilians."We are demanding appointment of the commission to enquire and pin point the responsibility for the current over three-month long turmoil in the Valley. We also want removal of the present coalition which failed to check secessionist and anti-national activities," state party leader Chaman Lal Gupta told reporters here.The BJP leader alleged that an attempt is made to shift the blame of the unrest on the army.
