"Today this evil intention has been exposed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia is trying to defame the corporations on the basis of falsehood and recommending their dissolution," Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay said in a joint press conference with leaders of House of the three municipal corporations.

Leaders of the three municipal corporation Houses Yogender Chandolia (NDMC), Ashish Sood (SDMC) and Ram Narayan Dubey (EDMC) alleged that the AAP government was "creating financial problems" before the civic bodies ruled by BJP.

Upadhyay accused AAP government of "misleading" people of Delhi and municipal corporation employees over the funds issue adding that NDMC and EDMC were in serious "financial crises".
