Around 46% of the 81.26 lakh voters cast their ballots 3pm today in 35 assembly constituencies spread over eight districts in the fifth and penultimate phase of elections in Bihar amidst tight security.The voting was peaceful, director general of police Neelmani said.So far 210 persons, including LJP candidate for Rajgir Mrinal Paswan, son-in-law of former union minister Ramvilas Paswan, NCP nominee for Jagdishpur assembly constituency, Manoj Kumar Rai, besides former RJD minister Aditya Singh were detained under preventive measures, he said.The police also seized 105 vehicles from different places during polling.
