Bihar governor Devanand Konwar today conducted aerial survey of flood-affected Gopalganj district and reviewed relief measures for the marooned villagers with the district officials.Sources said he also visited the government-run mega relief camp in the high school premise at Devapur village under Barauli block and inquired from the affected people about their condition.Gandak river breached its embankment last week and people of villages of four panchayats in the district were marooned.
