Reacting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi address in Bhagalpur, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday said that there was nothing of substance nor was there any fact in what he said, and all he could hear was the Prime Minister referring to himself throughout the speech. " Hearing Modiji speak in public, I increasingly wonder if he would ever be able to improve his understanding and use of facts & figures," Nitish said on Twitter.

He added that the Prime Minister, throughout his address had done nothing but keep making references to himself. "Modiji ko Bihar ki yaad bhi aati hai, is par kam se kamunhone kuch bola toh. Joh bola, usme tathya toh kuch tha nahi, par sunai pada- main main....keval main. (At least Modiji expressed that he spares some thought for Bihar. There were no facts to what he said, all that could be heard was me me...only me)," Nitish added.

Prime Minister Modi addressed his final Parivartan rally in Bhagalpur today, where he lashed out against Nitish and accused him of "cheating" people of the state by announcing a package of Rs 2.70 lakh crore.
