Plurals Party chief Pushpam Priya Chaudhary, who made headlines overnight by declaring herself as the chief minister candidate of Bihar, has released the first list of its 40 candidates from Bihar. Pushpam Priya Chaudhary herself is contesting from two seats in Bihar. She will contest from Bisfi constituency in Madhubani district. She had earlier announced that she will contest from two assembly sesats one from Magadh while other in Mithila region.

Giving information on social media, she wrote that "On the recommendation of the Plurals Poll Committee I am Pushpam Priya Chaudhary from the Bisfi Assembly Constituency (35) in Madhubani district, the center of art, culture, language and harmony in Mithila, north coast of Ganges, Bihar. The birthplace of Maithil Garvey's Sirmaur and Maithili poet-Kokil Mahakavi Vidyapati will be candidates for plurals."

The party has also released a list of 40 candidates on social media. The party said that the remaining 31 candidates' names will be released in the next 24 hours. While wishing all the candidates of her party for the future, Pushpam has said that they would start changing Bihar. Plurals Party identified all her party candidates as 'Bihari.' Plurals have also mentioned each candidate's profession in the list. This party's candidates include social activists, professors, lawyers, teachers, doctors, engineers, people in business, farmers, and homemakers.

Pushpam has written that in this election of Bihar with 241 comrades, she is determined not only to return the glory of Mithila culture but also to make Bihar the number one state in India by 2025. She claimed that she would make Bihar as one of the best places in the world by 2030.
