Union Health minister Ghulam Nabi Azad directed health authorities in Andhra Pradesh to ensure "best possible" medical care to those injured in the twin bomb blasts, undergoing treatment in different hospitals.

After a visit to the crime scene this evening, he reviewed the situation with Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and senior officials at the CM's camp office.

He was informed that bodies of the 16 victims were handed over to their kin today.
