Avalanche warning: 27 families evacuated from Kulgam

The civil administration have made adequate ration, heating and other arrangements for these families, the spokesman said.The authorities have issued an avalanche warning for areas close to mountains in the Valley in view of heavy snowfall since on Sunday.
