Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday interacted with party workers in Bulandshahr, Kota, Korba, Sikar and Tikamgarh through video conferencing and urged them to bolster 'Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot' on the occasion of Diwali. The PM said it is BJP's good fortune that the party has hardworking, dedicated, selfless workers who have nurtured the party with their hard work.

The PM, during his video interaction, pointed out that despite being a young state, Chhattisgarh's achievements have been astounding. He said that in 2016, Chhattisgarh had the distinction of being the first 'power-cuts free' state of the country. "Raman Singh is a silent performer. Chhattisgarh has witnessed a sea of change since he took over as the CM. The work should continue in the same manner," he said.

The asked party members to focus on development and the achievements of the government. He asked them to make people aware of India's improved ranking in the Ease of Doing Business index, which has risen to 77 from 100 in a year. He said this signifies rapid progress and strong development of the country.

He urged them to follow the mantra of 'Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot' and resolve on Diwali to stick to it to ensure victory in the next general elections. He also urged party workers to continuously interact with voters of their respective constituencies and ensure that at least 20 families and youth are working with the party in every polling booth.
