Assam HSLC Results 2017: Check sebaonline.org for Assam SEBA Class 10 Results 2017 to be published today on May 31

Students who are eagerly waiting for Assam SEBA Class 10 Results 2017 can now afford to relax. In just a matter of few hours,  Secondary Education Board Assam (SEBA) will publish Assam HSLC Results 2017. Nearly 3.81 lakh students appeared for SEBA Class 10 Exams and they will get their results today. 

This year, SEBA HSLC was held between 17 February and 10th March. The Board will announce the merit list at 10AM and Assam SEBA Class 10 Results 2017 will be available online in all the official websites. 

This year,  Social Science and Assamese paper was rescheduled due to suspected leakage of question paper. 

How to check SEBA 10th Results 2017​

1. Visit either of the official websites: sebaonline.org and  resultsassam.nic.in​

2. Click on the tab titled 'Assam HSLC Result 2017'

3. Enter roll number, name and other credentials

4. Click on 'Submit'

5. Your result will be displayed on the screen

6. Keep a print-out of the SEBA Result 2017 for future reference

About  Secondary Education Board Assam (SEBA)

The Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961 (Assam Act, XXV of 1961) was passed to provide for the establishment of a Board of Secondary Education to regulate, supervise and develop Secondary Education in the State of Assam. The Act came into force with effect from 29th January, 1962 with the publication of Government of Assam, Education Department Notification no. 159/61/37 dated 29/1/1962. Thus the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (popularly known as SEBA) came into existence on14 March, 1962. It started functioning with the conduct of 11 year H.S.S.L.C. Examination of 1962. Under the provisions of the Act the Govt. of Assam constituted the Board with Sri S.C. Rajkhowa, D.P.I., Assam as Chairman and Md. N. Islam, Inspector of Schools (Central Assam Circle) as Secretary.​
