According to a senior government official, Kejriwal discussed the current status of Delhi and its issues. Government spokesperson denied that the issue of rift with Jung was taken up during the meeting.

Earlier in the day, Kejriwal met Jung and is believed to have discussed ways to ensure better coordination between the two. The AAP government and the LG has been locked in a bitter confrontation over appointments of senior officials and functioning of Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB). Last month, both Kejriwal and Jung had met Mukerjee and apprised him of their respective stands in connection with the controversy over appointment of acting chief secretary.
