Even as the sexual harrassment accussation against former Supreme Court Justice AK Ganguly continue to evoke strong public dicussions, another apex court judge stands accused of the same by a law intern.

Justice Swatanter Kumar is being accused by a women who interned with him in 2011 and reportedly quit after encountering disturbing behaviour from the judge. She recently filed a complaint with the Supreme Court along with an affidavit seeking action against him.

However, the SC has refused to go into the issue citing the December 5, 2013 full-court resolution in the Justice AK Ganguly case making it clear that "representations made against former Judges of this Court are not entertainable by the administration of the Supreme Court".
