The Delhi police have arrested a pilot of now defunct MDLR Airlines for obtaining a pilot license using forged mark-sheets. “Swarn Singh Talwar, a Gurgaon resident, was apprehended on Tuesday following a complaint by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
