Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday said the successful launch of PSLV C-19 was a proud moment for India.In a statement, the Chief Minister congratulated ISRO scientists, led by its Chairman Dr K Radhakrishnan, on the successful launch of its first indigenous 'spy satellite' RISAT-1.The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) carrying the radar imaging satellite successfully lifted off from Sriharikota spaceport in AP in the early hours today.The Chief Minister greeted the scientists for achieving yet another milestone in the space exploration by the country and said that PSLV-C19's success was a proud moment for all the citizens.
