A BJP leader today urged all MPs cutting across ideological divide to attend the visiting US President Barack Obama's address to a joint session of Parliament tomorrow."It is the duty of all MPs to welcome a visiting dignitary and attend tomorrow's special Parliament session to hear President Obama's speech," BJP's spokesperson Syed Shahanwaz Hussain told reporters.Referring to JD(U) MP Shivanand Tiwari's decision to boycott the address, Hussain said that not all JD(U) MPs were to stay away from the special session.
