In the backdrop of violence indulged in by Samajwadi Party workers immediately after assembly poll victory, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday warned partymen, specially youngsters, of stern action in case they take law in their own hands.The chief minister, while meeting people and party workers at his official residence in Lucknow, said those not adhering to party directives would be shown the door.According to Samajwadi Party spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary, the chief minister warned strict action would be initiated against all those misusing power and taking law in their hands.The chief minister, who met a cross section of people including old, physically challenged and women who complained of harassment by musclemen and not getting ration for the past five years, directed the officials present to probe the matters and take immediate steps to redress their problems.He also said no official shall humiliate the people and warned corruption would not be tolerated.The chief minister asked the officials to check tax evasion so as to help in development works.
