In a sternly-worded diktat, AICC members in charge of Gujarat - Sudhakar Reddy and BK Hariprasad have sought categorical five-point details - seats lost and gained by Congress in the constituencies of Siddharth Patel, Shaktisinh Gohil, 16 core committee members who decided the candidates, Congress's performance in central ministers' areas and the constituencies of 13 MPs. "The responsibility of choosing the candidates for all local body elections was given to 13 Congress MPs in their area.
