The government will take steps to provide fluoride free drinking water in parts of Chitradurga where the content of the hazardous chemical was higher.The issue has come to government's knowledge and it would initiate measures to ensure that people get good drinking water, she said.Several hamlets where SCs and STs live in the state did not have potable drinking water supply,the minister alleged.
