A week after Rahul Gandhi 'missing' posters appeared in Amethi, now posters rewarding anyone who can locate Congress President Sonia Gandhi have appeared in her Lok Sabha constituency.

Dozens of posters, describing Sonia Gandhi as 'missing' along with 'a reward for anyone who can locate her', surfaced in Rae Bareli, reported IANS.

The posters were put-up at Gora Bazaar, Mahanandpur and the government Colony, stating it was released by the people of Rae Bareli who were feeling cheated by the absence of their parliamentary representative.

Sonia Gandhi has not visited her parliamentary constituency this year. Gandhi had last visited his constituency in February this year in run up to the state assembly elections.

Earlier, in Amethi, posters declaring Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi said, "Amethi ke man-niya saansad amethi se lapata hain (Respected Amethi parliamentarian is missing from Amethi)."

"This was a campaign by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)," said local Congress leaders.
