"Sadhus going around naked is very bad. It is a nonsense thing. It was okay at one time but not in 2021," Sudin told reporters.

He was responding to a query on how does Indian culture allow certain sects of Sadhus to roam in the buff.

Asked to react on a controversial statement made by his brother and state minister Deepak Dhavalikar that children should not be enrolled in convent schools as they teach western culture which leads to increase in incidents of rape, Sudin said "I have not discussed anything with my brother. I was in Cyprus."
