Cautioning against withdrawal of Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act in Jammu and Kashmir, state unit of the BJP today said such a move would be a "blunder"."The security situation in the state has not improved.... There are reports of increased infiltration by militants and cross-border terror is still intact," state BJP chief Shamsher Singh Manhas told reporters here today."In such a scenario, withdrawal of AFSPA would be a blunder," he said. Manhas said the party will launch major mass-contact programmes from November two against corruption in the state government.
