Bhushan, who was addressed as a party patron before the crisis in the organisation broke out, said he will attend the National Council meeting on March 28.

"I am not holding any meeting with anyone on March 27. But yes, I will attend the National Council meeting on March 28," said Bhushan.

Bhushan is one of the founder members of the party.

He, however, shares an uneasy relationship with Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.

A bitter fued broke came out in public last month when the Kejriwal camp accused him, his son Prashant and another party leader Yogendra Yadav of working to ensure party's defeat in Assembly polls.
