98 school children fall ill after taking mid-day meals
Ninety eight school children were admitted to the Government hospital for treatment of suspected food poisoning after they had the mid-day meals at the school.
KUMBAKONAM (TN): Ninety eight school children were admitted to the Government hospital here on Thursday for treatment of suspected food poisoning after they had the mid-day meals at the school.
The children--48 boys and 50 girls-- from Oothukadu government middle school, were rushed to the hospital after they complained of nausea and vomiting.
They were stated to be out of danger, hospital sources said.
