65-year-old delivers baby boy

ADILABAD (AP): In a record of sorts, a 65-year-old woman delivered a baby boy at a government hospital here on Wednesday, sources said.
Parvathi Bai was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday night following labour pains and she delivered the baby at around 1100 hours on Wednesday, they said.
The woman's husband, Rathi Rao (70), expressed happiness over being blessed with a son. The couple has two grown-up daughters.
While the mother was doing fine following the delivery, the infant was born with a deformity in the leg, sources said.
The couple belongs to Eshwari Nagar in Indravelli mandal of the district.
