Altogether 51 new swine flu cases were reported in the city today taking the number of those infected by the virus to 9,311.     "Of the total 51 positive cases, 14 were of children. With this, the total number of swine flu cases reported till date has reached 9,311," Delhi health minister Kiran Waliasaid.     She also said 5,262 children have been affected by the virus till now. A total of 68 deaths due to the virus has been reported till date. "No new death cases were reported today," she said.     Walia, however, maintained that the situation is under control and the government is doing its best in providing treatment to H1N1 patients in government hospitals.     According to the WHO, India continues to report maximum number of cases of swine flu in the south-east Asian region.
