40-year-old Bengaluru man gouges out father's eye with bare hands over property dispute

In a shocking incident, a 40-year-old allegedly gouged out an eye of his father after a heated argument over a property dispute in Bengaluru.

The accused has been identified as Abhishek Chetan who his allegedly a drug addict according to police, reported NDTV.

A report said that the accused wanted his father Parameshwar to transfer property in his name. He was against his father's idea of distributing property between his daughter and him.

However, after a heated argument, Abhishek gouged out one of his father's eyes and ran away.

The victim has been admitted to hospital.  He has lost his eye, but his condition is stable.

According to police, Abhishek doesn't have a sound source of income.

Abhishek not only gouged out his father's eye but also tried to kill him, said Parameshwar's relative.
