A 24-year-old man was arrested in south Delhi for alleged involvement in a series of highway robberies, police said today.The arrested has been identified as Sattar Ahmed, who hails from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh.With Ahmed's arrest, police claimed to have solved several cases of highway robberies in which goods worth lakhs of rupees were looted."He was arrested yesterday from near NBCC Plaza. During interrogation he confessed that he was working for Raju Bechain gang and had committed robberies in Chanakya Puri and Kashmere Gate," HGS Dhaliwal, deputy commissioner of police (south), said.He had migrated to Delhi along with his family from Sikandrabad in Bulandshahr a couple of years ago.
