Swine Flu has claimed 22 more lives in parts of Rajasthan in the last 24 hours, raising the toll due to H1N1 virus to 343 since January one this year, an official said on Monday.

Rajasthan has so far recorded maximum number of deaths due to swine flu. Out of 6,030 patients tested positive for the virus, 343 people have died so far due to the dreaded disease in parts of the state this year, the official of the State Medical and Health Directorate said.

Jaipur recorded maximum 61 deaths followed by Ajmer 37, Jodhpur 33, Nagaur 29, Barmer 23, Kota 17, Chittorgarh 13, Sikar and Pali 11 each, Udaipur 10, Tonk 8, Bhilwara, Jhunjhunu and Churu 7 each, Bikaner and Dausa 6 each, Bharatpur and Rajsamand 5 each and one to four at many other places in the state.
