A few days back there was news of 'corona helmet', a local artist in collaboration with a police official in Chennai has made a unique ‘Corona’ helmet to dissuade commuters from coming out on the streets during the nationwide lockdown.

Now in Kolkata, a sweet shop owner has come up with a quirky idea to spread awareness about COVID-19. 

Can you think of Bengali's favourite sweet Sandesh in shape like a coronavirus? One sweet shop called Hindustan Sweets in Jadavpur has made Sandesh in the shape of coronavirus and it has become very popular among local residents. 

With a message 'we can digest corona', this sweet in Jadavpur is gaining popularity. 

A few days back West Bengal government has allowed sweet shops to remain open for four hours a day during the lockdown period.

The owner of the shop, Robin Paul has also given his five-story building to the state government for home quarantine. He has also donated one lakh rupees in the state government relief fund. 

Robin has urged the other sweet traders to come forward and help people in need.
