1.Music, tilak, sweets and coffee
A polling booth in Jhunjhunu district was decorated like it was a festival. Not only this, voters were welcomed with celebratory music and refreshments at the booth set up at Maharishi Dayanand College in Jhunjhunu.

2.Voting before wedding
A woman in Sirohi district's Pindwara Abu Assembly constituency decided to vote before getting hitched. The woman left the wedding venue to vote and got married only after exercising her franchise.

3.Mom reporting for duty
A lady constable posted for poll duty was seen with her 5-month-old baby. Curious voters stopped to the multi-tasking mother while applauding her. On being asked, constable Meena said she did not want to leave her child in anyone else's care but also could not miss her poll duty.

4.The centenarian
Among the voters in Pali district's Sojat was 110-year-old Pukharam who was carried to the polling booth by his family members. The centenarian, who has seen 5 generations in his family, said he has never missed an election and has been voting since Independence.

A similar scene was witnessed in Jaipur's Civil Lines where 108-year-old Bholi Devi came with her family members to vote. Talking to Zee News, she said she never misses a chance to vote.

6.Chief Minister casts her vote
Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje casts her vote at Jhalrapatan. Raje is fighting against veteran BJP leader Jaswant Singh's son Manvendra Singh in Jhalrapatan, the constituency she has represented since 2003.

7.Congress chief casts his vote in Jaipur
Pradesh Congress Committee chief Sachin Pilot cast his vote in Jaipur. Tonk, with a sizeable Muslim population, is a keenly-watched contest between Sachin Pilot and BJP candidate and Rajasthan Transport Minister Yoonus Khan, who is the saffron party's only Muslim face in the elections.
