At 4.30 pm, Congress are leading in 116 seats while BJP were ahead in 103 seats while others were ahead in 11 seats, according to local media reports.
3.NOTA on a high
There have been more than 1.5 lakh vote counted for NOTA so far in Madhya Pradesh. It amounts to about 1.5 per cent of the total votes cast. Most of those voting for NOTA were unhappy with the SC-ST Act. Several upper cast organisations have started a campaign for NOTA.
